Eliezer Cassy

Né le 5 août 1978
à Port-au-Prince.

 

Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, August 5, 1978. I'm the yougest of 8 children in my family. My Father, Pierre Kebreau Eliezer (died 04/22/1996), was a farmer. My Mother Yvance Thomas is more dress-maker than farmer.

My Mother's house is located in country side of Mirebalais.

I started with school in 1985 and finished with high-school in 2000 in Mirebalais. I was always passion to be in contact with people. I studied in public schools only.

In 1995, I met Jesus on my way. Since I'm an active Seventh-Day Adventist  Church.

In April 1997 became a Journalist-correspondent for Radio Plus, broadcasting in the Haitian capital. I worked there 3 years. As I had no means to pay for University studies.

In 2001, I started to study computing (2 years) at ESIH. I was able to attend this institute after a competition, organized by the National Archives of Haiti, in which I took part and had first place. I worked as a customer service till September 2004.

A brother, I have in USA, then supported me to come in Moscow where I'm studying Public Relations (2 course now).

About IOCP

Was reading a article in Journal LeMatin about a web site for Creole people. So i'm interested to know about this organization. Now learning how the organization works and sharing the idea to organize Creole people and promote our interesting culture here in Moscow. Creole people have a rich culture to share. I'm proud and glad to be partaker in sharing .
